How to Exit Any Screen Prank Quickly and Safely
Caught in your own prank? Here's how to exit any fullscreen prank instantly using keyboard shortcuts.
Accidentally launched a prank and can't get out? Here's every way to exit.
Method 1: Press ESC (Easiest)
On PrankScreen.app, pressing the ESC key exits any fullscreen prank instantly. This is the recommended method.
Method 2: Move Mouse to Corner
Move your cursor to the bottom-right corner of the screen. A small hint will appear.
Method 3: F11 (Fullscreen Toggle)
Press F11 to toggle fullscreen mode off. This works in all browsers.
Method 4: Alt+F4 (Force Close)
On Windows, press Alt+F4 to close the browser tab. On Mac, use Cmd+W.
Method 5: Task Manager
If all else fails, open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc on Windows) and end the browser process.
